Instant regret: Boy insists on tasting cocoa powder

A strong-willed little boy named Gabriel learns exactly why his mother advises him not to eat cocoa powder the hard way.
He spoons the substance into his mouth and with a look of immediate regret starts puffing small clouds of cocoa dust.
"I bake all of the time and he watched me make brownies with the cocoa days before the video was filmed," his mother, Stephanie, said. "In his mind it was going to be nothing less than delicious. I kept telling him to stop climbing on the counter and that the cocoa does not taste good."
The fiasco repeated itself for several days in a row until one morning he managed to get hold of the container. His mother figured him tasting it may put a stop to him attempting to take it out of the cabinet once and for all.
The kid grimaces, lesson clearly learned, before he spits out the powder.
"I knew it wouldn't harm him because I ate a heaping tablespoon of it as a kid thinking it would taste like Ovaltine," she said. "After the video was filmed I washed his mouth out with water and gave him something to drink and he went on playing until his breakfast was ready."
Gabriel who is a very strong willed little boy has a huge love for chocolate. I bake all of the time and he watched me make brownies with the cocoa days before the video was filmed. Since the can says Hershey's in his mind it was going to be nothing less than delicious. I kept telling him to stop climbing on the counter and that the cocoa does not taste good it is for mommy to bake. This went on for days and early Friday morning August 24, 2018 I was preparing to cook breakfast and gave him oranges to hold him over til it was done. When I turned around he had the Hershey's cocoa and baby spoon inside the container. I took it from him and said ok sit down. I filmed the video to show his daddy and I didn't find it funny I guess because I was more concerned that he learn a lesson. I knew it wouldn't harm him because I ate a heaping tablespoon of it as a kid thinking it would taste like Ovaltine. I sent the video to my older sons and they were cracking up. Then I sent it to my cousin and showed it to a friend and they all kept saying you have to post this it is so funny. So I did and I never expected it to get the amount of attention that it has. After the video was filmed I washed his mouth out with water and gave him something to drink and he went on playing until his breakfast was ready.
